*Blue Bliss Packaged Drinking Water – Third Party Manufacturing Policy*

Blue Bliss Packaged Drinking Water adopts a strict and transparent Third Party Manufacturing Policy to ensure that all products manufactured on behalf of the brand meet the same high standards of quality, safety, legality, and ethics as an in-house facility. This policy governs the selection, approval, operation, and monitoring of all third-party (contract) manufacturers.

1. Objective of the Policy

The objective of this policy is to:

* Ensure consistent product quality and safety across all manufacturing locations
* Protect the integrity and reputation of the Blue Bliss brand
* Ensure full compliance with Indian regulatory standards
* Establish clear responsibilities between Blue Bliss and the third-party manufacturer

2. Eligibility Criteria for Third Party Manufacturers

Only manufacturers meeting the following criteria are eligible:

* Valid *BIS License (IS 14543)* in their own name
* Active *FSSAI License*
* Valid *Groundwater / Surface Water Permission* from the competent authority
* Approval from *State Pollution Control Board*
* Legally registered manufacturing unit with GST registration
* Proven track record of hygienic and compliant operations

Manufacturers without valid licenses or with past compliance violations are strictly prohibited.

3. Approval & Onboarding Process

Before approval, each third-party manufacturer must:

* Submit all statutory documents for verification
* Allow physical inspection and audit by Blue Bliss representatives
* Provide recent water test reports from NABL-accredited laboratories
* Sign a *Third Party Manufacturing Agreement* and *Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)*
* Agree to comply fully with Blue Bliss quality, hygiene, and branding standards

Final approval is granted only after successful audit and management authorization.

4. Quality & Production Standards

Third-party manufacturers must strictly adhere to the following:

* Use only approved water sources as declared in their BIS license
* Follow prescribed purification processes (filtration, RO where applicable, UV, ozone)
* Maintain batch-wise production and testing records
* Ensure microbiological safety for every batch
* Use food-grade raw materials, bottles, caps, and packaging
* No deviation in formulation, process, or source without written approval from Blue Bliss

Blue Bliss reserves the right to conduct surprise audits and sample testing at any time.

5. Packaging, Labeling & Branding Policy

* Manufacturing shall be done exclusively under the *Blue Bliss* brand as per approved label artwork * Labels must display:

* Brand name: Blue Bliss
* BIS Standard Mark & license number of the manufacturer
* FSSAI license number
* Batch number, Mfg. date, Best before
* Name & address of third-party manufacturer
* Customer care details of Blue Bliss
* No alteration, overprinting, or misuse of the Blue Bliss brand is allowed
* Empty bottles, labels, or caps with Blue Bliss branding must not be misused or sold

6. Hygiene & GMP Compliance

* Mandatory compliance with *Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)*
* Trained manpower with hygiene uniforms and medical fitness
* Daily cleaning and periodic sanitization of plant and machinery
* Pest control and contamination prevention systems in place
* Proper storage and handling of finished goods

Failure to maintain hygiene standards will result in immediate suspension.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

* All brand assets, designs, labels, and business information belong solely to Blue Bliss
* Third-party manufacturers shall not:

* Disclose confidential information
* Manufacture similar or confusing brands using Blue Bliss processes
* Use Blue Bliss name for any purpose beyond the agreement

Any breach will attract legal action and damages.

8. Supply, Commercial & Payment Terms

* Production quantity, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms shall be defined in the agreement
* Manufacturer shall not sell Blue Bliss products to any other party directly
* Finished goods shall be supplied only to authorized Blue Bliss locations
* Inventory reconciliation and wastage reporting are mandatory

9. Audit, Monitoring & Corrective Action

* Regular quality audits and compliance checks by Blue Bliss
* Non-conformities must be corrected within the specified timeline
* Repeated or major deviations may lead to:

* Production suspension
* Penalties
* Agreement termination

Blue Bliss may also initiate product recall if required.

10. Termination Policy

Blue Bliss reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of:

* License cancellation or expiry
* Quality or safety violations
* Brand misuse or counterfeiting
* Legal or regulatory non-compliance
* Breach of confidentiality or agreement terms

Upon termination, all Blue Bliss branded materials must be returned or destroyed.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

* This policy and all related agreements shall be governed by *Indian Law*
* Jurisdiction shall be as mutually agreed (preferably the registered office location of Blue Bliss)
